Seneca: On the Happy Life

"When we discuss the happy life, there is no reason for you to give me the well-known reply familiar from vote-counting [in the Senat]: "This side seems to be in the majority." For that is why it is the worse side.

You mean co-incidentally?- Maybe not, but that often happens to me, at least [Jung's theory about so-called 'synchronicities' comes to mind]: to tell you the truth I had also posted that Vicomte A. pic that I saw in your Blog today, elsewhere,- because I liked it, too. Evidently! Yes, I saw the Seneca passage quoted in a political text on one of the 'philosophy' websites I frequent.
